A complete evaluation & history in order to gather the information necessary to design your personal and highly specific programme

PROGRAMME DESIGN

After the assessment John will carefully design your own unique corrective or performance exercise programme. He will take into account your time schedule and equipment availability. You will also be counselled on lifestyle and nutrition modifications that may be needed to help you reach your goals.

PROGRAMME INSTRUCTION

You will be personally guided through each specific stretch and exercise that has been developed for you.

PROGRAMME PROGRESSION

A revaluation is recommended every 4-6 weeks and John will design a follow-up programme in line with your progression and abilities.
